Danielle Parish (she/her) is the Senior Pastor and co-founder of Spark Church in Palo Alto, dedicated to empowering its members towards acts of justice and climate care. Danielle Parish served as a climate observer at the UNCOP26 in Glasgow and continues to encourage faith leaders to engage with climate justice. In professional ministry since 1993, Danielle served at Bel Air Presbyterian Church, Calvary Lutheran Church and Abundant Life Christian Fellowship, in youth ministry, children’s ministry, pastoral care and executive leadership. Danielle studied at Scripps College in Claremont, San Jose Christian College, Jerusalem University College, and has her Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary. Since 2003, Danielle has been traveling in the Middle East, studying the historical and cultural context of the Bible, teaching and leading historical geography and archaeological study tours since 2007. She is an author with Jerusalem Perspective, Rose Guide to Genesis, and the Rose Exodus Study Guide.
