Cancellation Policy
If you have purchased a ticket for the Climate Summit and can no longer attend, you may request a full refund on or before September 6, 2024. After that date, you may transfer your ticket to another person on or before October 3, 2024. No transfers or refunds will be accepted after that date.
Cancellations and transfer requests must be sent by email to nicole@thrivealliance.org. Please include in your request the name of the attendee and the transaction number in your confirmation email. If you are transferring the ticket to another individual, please include the name and email of the new attendee.
